OK, so I learned how to do this and spent a lot of time thinking up nifty stuff to blog about. After all I’ve been doing real estate full time and making a good living at it since 1983. I’m a seasoned professional and have a deep knowledge of my craft. But this blogging stuff is kind of boring. It’s amazing the amount of time and effort people put into this endeavour but who can read it all? And how many times do you want to read about how to prepare you home for sale or the 10 secrets about something or another that somebody doesn’t want you to know? And then there is always the bloggo freak that blogs about everything from getting a cup of jo at Starbucks to changing diapers in the back of the Prius on the way to a soccer game.
Real Estate has always been a puffer crowd. Now it’s it’s Team Everywhere that sells 1 homes a day. What they don’t say is that they have 40 agents on the team and 20 transaction coordinators that have no idea what they are really doing because they are working for $10 per hr. If they could out source to China it would be a done deal. Want to to talk to the Grand Pu-bah with the slick line and $600 suit? Good luck. But settling for less has become the American way so what’s the difference.
Is bloging dead. No just kind of weird. And I’m back. More nifty stuff is on the way.
