Last year I took a tour of D R Hortons Seacliff Community during the final construction phase. Views of the Pacific Ocean across the San Luis Rey River mouth and harbor beaches were very impressive. An added bonus is the view of Oceanside Harbor. Their PR blurb is really an understatement. This project is a gem.

Pre-release prices under consideration at the time for a front unit with a full Monte ocean view were in the one million dollar range which was pricey but not bad. Now the prices have come down and a 2 bedroom with an ocean view can be had for the low $600,000’s. This price is way below comparable resale product.
