Real Estate is Like a Great Wave.

The “thing” about a great wave and Real Estate is that you have to work for them both. Unless you are one of the gifted or kissed by the Gods you have to really want to put yourself in the right place at the right time and do the right thing. Then put it all together with style and grace that some call an art form. Real Estate is like a great wave.
